Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has had a significant impact on education, especially in practical training and external internships, which are essential moments in students' professional training. Given this scenario, proposals are needed that favour both the employability of students and the pedagogical updating of teachers. An effective strategy is the creation of professional learning communities among teachers from different institutions, which promote the exchange of experiences and the generation of knowledge. In this context, we present RedTicPraxis, a network of teachers from 11 Ibero-American universities dedicated to the study and dissemination of good practices in the use of AI in practical training. The study used a mixed methodology in four phases: documentary research, reflection, experimentation and evaluation, applied to four specific cases. The results show a relevant use of AI and effective collaboration, concluding that this technology strengthens educational innovation from an ethical and responsible perspective.
