Ignacio Pardo (Lugo, 1947) forma parte del elenco de creadores gallegos que durante de década de los ochenta comienza a emplear nuevos equipos de producción de vídeo, abandonando el súper 8 y conformando un universo creativo que nace de manera autónoma y experimental. Es en este contexto de búsquedas cuando tendrá lugar el boom de la videocreación en Galicia, asomando un espacio de diálogo entre las artes que permitirá al vídeo esquivar los patrones establecidos y revisar anteriores modelos de producción. Ignacio Pardo es, además, uno de los artistas pioneros en emplear la imagen en movimiento a modo de extensión del lienzo y el primero también en atreverse a explorar el incipiente universo tecnológico de los noventa a través de la infografía y la animación digital.Downloads
