Last Revolutionary Images: an interview with Aurelio de los Reyes

This interview with the great Mexican Cinema historian Aurelio de los Reyes García Rojas (Aguascalientes, México, 1942) is made during a moment in which his proposals concerning in ultimate his great professional project, the fouth and last volume of the Silent Mexican Cinema History (1928-1932). In his 80s he is aware that his future is briefier than his past insofar the destine of his lifetime researches (a century, as remarks Agamben) has to reach an even more sophisticated study. Our conversation regarded how he maintains himself contemporary to the great national monumental events throughout his awarded work in rescuing and valuating the filmic national heritage, mostly the fisrt Mexican Revolution Images.
