Política de acceso abierto

ISL provides open access to its content, based on the principle that providing the public with free access to research supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Being an open access journal means that all content is freely available at no charge to the user or their institution. Users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full version of the texts of the articles or use them for any other legal purpose, without prior permission from the publisher or the author. This point is consistent with the BOAI's definition of open access, which allows all non-commercial use and distribution in any medium, as long as the author and the journal are properly cited and acknowledged.

Furthermore, ISL encourages authors to deposit supplementary material, at least the research data underlying the publications, in open access institutional or thematic repositories federated in the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC).

Finally, ISL allows the dissemination of the pre-print version of published articles.
