The objective of this work is to enable the extrapolation of the theoretical contents from the first volume to the real and formative life of the teacher and the pedagogue, in addition to continuing the practical training of the "novice" teacher. It is a study text for the subject "Training and Updating of the Pedagogical Function" taught in the 4th year of the Pedagogy Degree at UNED.
