Nuevas tendencias de investigación sobre Sostenibilidad en la empresa familiar: revisión bibliométrica de la literatura

Resumen

La sostenibilidad en las empresas familiares se está convirtiendo en un tema exigente, interesante y en constante evolución en el campo de la investigación empresarial, debido a las exigencias de las agendas de desarrollo sostenible para todo tipo de empresas. La creciente investigación sobre este tema, considerando los desafíos tradicionales y nuevos para las empresas familiares, fomenta la síntesis y organización del conocimiento existente a través de una revisión de la literatura. Este estudio realiza una combinación de diferentes análisis con técnicas bibliométricas para ofrecer una visión general de la evolución de la literatura científica sobre sostenibilidad en las empresas familiares y su estructura en términos de grupos de investigadores relevantes, artículos más citados y revistas colaboradoras. Finalmente, se sugieren futuros esfuerzos de investigación para cada tema identificado. A diferencia de las revisiones anteriores, el presente trabajo consideró subcampos emergentes como los estudios ambientales y las ciencias ambientales en la selección de documentos, que se han incorporado a los campos de investigación tradicionales como los negocios, la gestión y la economía y las finanzas en el contexto de las empresas familiares.
