Initial training for technical vocational teachers can present a number of challenges, such as a lack of resources, the need to keep up with technology and pedagogical developments, and the need to prepare future teachers to teach in a diverse environment. This book adds some keys that can help ensure success, such as incorporating practical experiences in the classroom and in real working environments.
