Social educators: external practices during the pandemic at the Fluminense Federal University

This article is the result of research and reflections accumulated in the area of social educador based on of ??Social Pedagogy. Here is a text as a pretext that presents and expands the discussion on the role of the university in the theoretical-practical training of the social educator in pandemic times; a process of knowing, touching and humanizing. They contain concepts derived from the permanent exercise of human emancipation, education as a right, pedagogy of coexistence and culture of peace. The practical work describet here originates from the PIPAS Project at the Fluminense Federal University-RJ/Brazil.
