Abstract

More strategist and less technical, more valued and present executive level in organizations, and is accentuated DirCom presence in enterprises and institutions according to studies published in 2012 in Europe. Given this scenario, Joan Costa, great promoter DirCom model, evaluates the progress of this professional and reaffirms its concept in relation to its essence: a strategist who leads change of holistic and integrated approach to image and communication.
