Abstract

This study examines the challenging convergences between Hegel and Deleuze from the perspective of the ontology of difference and the logic of negation. Spinoza emerges as a threshold: for Hegel, his substance lacks self-differentiation, whereas for Deleuze, it is conceived as immanent affirmation. Hegelian dialectics, interpreted by Kojève as a teleology of Spirit, is reconsidered in light of the Phenomenology of Spirit and Heidegger’s analysis of experience. Thus, rather than forming a closed synthesis, the relationship between Hegel and Deleuze may suggest a point of slippage where the Absolute exceeds itself.
