The aim of this research is to value the different disciplines of design as a transformation tool for any type of organization and, specifically, through the Bürohack strategy as another design methodology. The framework and context in which the proposal is developed range from process redesign, user experience design, and branding design. The project "Bürohack, Bureaucratic Experience by UX" addresses different phases and processes to observe, analyze, and optimize the bureaucratic processes of an organization, both internal and external. In essence, bureaucracy is a reflection of our own system of life, and from there, we consider the link between design and the system through the Bürohack methodology, where design acts as a method, experience and identity. It is in the problem of bureaucracy that the critical processes that must be addressed for the optimization and improvement of the relationship between the person and the organization are reflected.
