Abstract

The complex residentiary citadel, devised by the Borghese Family and named "Status Burghesianum", placed next to Frascati, appeam as one of the most important nucleus into "Villas Tuscolanas" all together, because of its historical importance, prestige and posterior influence into urban development in "Montes Albanos". This conjoint only can be understood as the result of a generic idea which considers the architectonical unity of the complex the reason or justification of each module integrated in that. Systematic point of view applied to its anticlassical design, on the basis of several independent modules, confers special signification to landscape aspects.
