Analysis of Picasso’s Expositive Presence in New York during the 20th Century

This article proposes the comprehensive analysis of the different galleries in New York throughout the 20th century, how and where they were distributed and the positioning of Picasso’s exposure within this distribution. We shall elucidate if this geopositioning in the gallery clusters tended to be located from the peripheries towards the core of these clusters. From this we can determine if Picasso’s fame is geographically measurable.
