Abstract

Reviewing David Hume's An Enquiry Concerning the HumanUnderstanding, we found a not very Humean idea: The division betweenrelations of ideas and matters of facts. I consider that the differencebetween two propositions according to the quantity and reliability of theinformation we have about each other is, at least, much more important. Moreover, I wanted to highlight the closeness with Nietzsche in hisaversion to the extreme pride of the mankind about their intellect.
