Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of several projects for the most important plot of the main square of Melilla, about 1920. The first is a regionalist evocation for a military building. The other four are projects for the town-hall that, except one, are the newarab style as model, and of fer more modernité with the art déco impact, that is more evident in the building of the architect Enrique Nieto.
