This paper tries to explain the relationship between environment, natural risks and urban development throught the analysis of a singular case: the San Anton mountain, in the esat border of Málaga. This site presents a paradox: this is one of the most hight quality residence areas of Málaga and also one of the most fragility place to the natural risks.
