The monograph "Vacíos e insuficiencias en la adaptación y protección adecuada a las personas trabajadoras con discapacidad" written by José Luis Ruiz Santa María, Assistant Professor of Labour Law, Social Security and Social Security (now accredited as Associate Professor) at the University of Malaga, is presented as a profoundly analytical work and a significant contribution to the study of a highly relevant and complex subject: the protection of people with disabilities in the field of employment. The author, with his profound knowledge of this subject, approaches this issue from a multidisciplinary perspective that combines legal and sociological elements.
