In recent times, in which there has been a veritable avalanche of regulations addressing both gender and diversity —mainly at the end of the previous legislature— new obligations have been incorporated into our legal system that are inserted into the business landscape.

Copyrights are of two kinds: moral and patrimonial. Moral rights are perpetual, inalienable, non-transferable, inalienable, unattachable and imprescriptible prerogatives.
