La sociedad anónima en Estados Unidos o la angustia del traductor en España

El ejercicio de toda actividad de traducción jurídica que involucre y relacione el inglés con el español debe cimentarse en un proceso de investigación que tiene como punto de partida inobjetable el derecho comparado. El término remite al concepto, y el concepto a la realidad: traducir es convertir mirando al otro; traducir unos Articles of Incorporation en una escritura de constitución de sociedad implica compulsar dos realidades jurídicas distintas y verbalizar una en la otra. El presente trabajo aspira a documentar cómo.
