Ejercicio físico durante la pandemia: una revisión sistemática utilizando la herramienta PRISMA

Resumen

El propósito fue revisar el impacto que tuvo la realización de ejercicio físico durante la pandemia por covid-19. Se realizó una búsqueda en las bases de datos ScienceDirect, Scopus, PubMed, Taylor and Francis y Oxford, durante el mes de abril de 2021 combinando los términos MeSH: “Covid-19”, “exercise” y DeCS: “pandemic”, “exercise”; utilizando las directrices de la declaración PRISMA. Fueron encontrados 16.385 artículos; luego de realizar filtros de acuerdo con el título y los objetivos se incluyeron en esta investigación un total de 160 artículos los cuales se registraron en una hoja de cálculo en drive; a los mismos se les aplicaron los ítems incluidos en el check list de la metodología PRISMA dando como resultado 32 artículos a ser considerados en la presente investigación. Como resultado se obtiene que tres son revisiones sistemáticas, siete notas científicas, veintidós cuantitativas de las cuales once son descriptivas correlacionales, diez son experimentales.
