The origin of the Urbanization Nueva Andalucía is watched by analyzing the first version of the Land Use Planning and its subsequent modification with the second and final Supermanzanas configuration. It also studies the first three Partial Plans for Supermanzanas A, B and C, which claim to be the strong starting point to the City Park for Tourism Andalucía la Nueva. All the described above allows us to define the degree of implementation in every area and draw conclusions about the businessman José Banús`s initial intentions and how these develop over time.Downloads
