This study provides an approximation to the study of thermal gradients in Andalusia. In the study, the territory has been divided into topographically homogeneous areas and the linear regression method applied to obtain values for the regression coefficient ("b") of the variation in temperature according to altitude in each of the areas under study. The results obtained are considered to be valid and are compared with the results obtained by relating temperatures and altitudes of the lowest and highest stations in each area.
