The financial activity of any city establishes the essential basis to initiate a closeness to its reality. Among the extensive variety of information offered by the Capitulary Minutes, there is information related to the capitulary intervention within the different financial factors (agriculture, fishing, handicrafts and commerce) that due to its lesser documentary importance has not been studied at length. Therefore, we are going to analyze the different decisions taken by the council meeting as a result of the problems set forth in daily life, which allows us to clearly appreciate the urban power and its social undertone.
