Honour and basenes in artisan works in the XVIII century

This paper accounts for the actual emergence of an idea within the Spanish Enlightened thought in the 18th century: the promotion of dignity sense among artisans professions, required for economical development. This topic was defended by the Reales Sociedades Económicas de Amigos del País and some mechanics guilders.
