We analyze in this work the economic results of several hortifruitcultural productions. In order to do so, we first analye the price evolution during the 80´s and beginning of the 90´s. secondly, the expenses incurred in the commercialization process are analyzed as well taking into consideration not only the production costs but the experiences involved in the later fitting out of the production at the manipulation warehouses. Finally, we examine the profit margin left over the average price of the products in the final market place, for the producer and the merchant, after those processes referred to above.
