Ancient geography of the Canary Islands, between the old and new historiography

The publication of a book on ancient geography of the Canary Islands, allows a review of the heritage of the Graeco-Roman Geography in relation to the fringes areas of the Ancient World. The aim of this article is to analyze the methods, instruments and facts which built up the models of ancient geographers.
