Strategies for the excellence and tourist quality in mature destinations. The case of the province of Málaga.

The deficiencies and weaknesses of established destinations, together with modern trends, desguises constant monitoring in an attempt to improve quality. Therefore we have devised the "Plan for excellence in tourism". In this article we assess any failure and success achieved as a sesault in the province of Malaga.
