Notes on notarial diplomat: the letter that forgives infidelity in the notarial protocols of Málaga from the 16th century

This article intends to analyse the diplomatic document that forgives infidelity throughout texts belonging to the Historical Archive in Malaga, and examines its diachronic development in Castille notarial formularies of the Middle Ages and the Modem Age.
