The lineage of Anunçibay, life, power in Málaga from the 15th to the 17th centuries

This article examines the socio-political evolution of the lineage of Anunçibay, which was formed in Malaga after Christian conquest and repopulation. Lineage between the XV-XVII held various positions in the oligarchy Concejil (jurors, magistrates and captains), and perform the duties of wardens Bezmiliana. Finally, the article reveals the location, where could be buried Fernando de Anunçibay, founder of the lineage in Malaga, whose grave would be in one of the chapels of the Church of Our Lady of Victory, where would rest the remains of their descendants.Downloads
