This article offers new information about the history of the legal status of the Nuestra Señora del Consuelo Brotherhood, based on the process of statuesque record in1902 and on the legislative changes about the right of association during the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. In addition, this document is a source of essential information, due to the inclusion of the statutes which ruled it in 1902; it is possible to analyze his internal system, activities, obligations and rights of the brothers.Downloads
