Abstract

Contracting and subcontracting´s productive model has been producing a progressive working conditions´ precarization of the contractors and subcontractors´employees; this effect has been aggravated by the gradual emergence of multi-service enterprises. In this context, seasoned with a deep economic crisis and the devastating effects on employment, brought about by the Covid 19 pandemic, The Supreme Court qualifies its doctrine regarding the possibility of meeting staffing needs in cases of productive decentralization through the temporary contract for specific work or service.
