TECTRA: teoría y práctica de las investigaciones con corpus en el marco de los Estudios de Traducción

En este artículo presentaremos los aspectos teóricos y prácticos de las investigaciones en traducción realizadas sobre corpus bilingües informatizados. En concreto revisaremos el proceso de construcción y explotación del corpus TECTRA (Textos para Estilística Comparada e TRAducción), que cuenta en la actualidad con 14 textos en inglés y sus correspondientes traducciones al gallego (más de 1.100.000 palabras) y que sirve como principal herramienta y fuente de datos a una serie de estudios sobre Estilística comparada que llevamos a cabo en la Universidade de Vigo.
