ABSTRACT
Introduction Soccer, is the most popular sport worldwide, is characterized by being of high physiological demand for the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems. This is the most practiced in the male gender. However; In recent times there has also been an increase in the practice of the female gender. Female athletes have a different physiology than male athletes, special work must be done for them Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of an injury prevention program focused on the increase in muscle strength of the anterior and posterior chains in female soccer players Methodology Intervention study using a preventive circuit in twenty-one (21) professional soccer players during a period of eight (8) weeks monitored by the SmartCoach PRO, Nordbord and Axon Jump Results Initial values ??of posterior chain force of 174 Newton were registered and that with the work of eccentric force increased until reaching values ??of 216 Newton measured by the Nordbord system. With the Smartcoach system, the evaluation of the muscular strength of the anterior chain was carried out, where a value of 231 Watts was obtained in the first evaluation and in the last evaluation a value of 343 Watts. With the Axon Jump system, an initial value of 32cm was recorded and a value of 35cm in the final evaluation, obtaining a statistical significance value of P?0.0001 for each variable. Conclusions There is a relationship between eccentric training and with isoinertial devices in the increase of variables of muscular strength such as newton and watts in soccer players. In the present study, a statistically significant value was recorded for the increase in strength of the anterior and posterior chain with the implementation of a specific strength program. Studies with this type of technology should continue to be carried out in order to determine performance profiles in professional soccer players
