Andalusia has not yet seen the implementation of the infrastructure plans in public and private areas which were scheduled to be carried out in past years, and at present the regions not only has to handle the deficiencies in these infrastructure plans but must face the new world economic reality and adapt these now dated yet unfinished project to the changing situation.
We briefly analyze the forecoming changes and its consequences for the autonomous region, including some of the new options that will open for it. We believe it is necessary to be aware of these future changes because some of them will certainly increase infrastructure deficiencies already existing.
