The economic value as a differentiating factor between captivity and slavery at the time of the Catholic Monarchs.

The present article pretends to emphasize another aspect that may make the difference between captivity and slavery, states whose ambiguous frontier is not always clear. On this occasion we shall centre on the economic fact that, among others, allows to establish a difference among them.
