Ecological agriculture: production and marketing in the province of Málaga.

Ecological agriculture is at present an expanding sector. This evolution has determined its followers change of orientation from a purely ecological conception to another more economical. This work tries to reflect such a reality by analyzing three variables: superficial evolution, crop costs and business aspect.
