The local urban planning in Costa del Sol. Formulation process and criteria

The intensity of the process of urbanization in the Costa del Sol permits to characterize a model of occupation that configures the space centered in its residential capacity and in a growing demand, being this the most notable reference for the private initiative. The planning urban of the nineties should order a model of urban expansion dismantled and with serious environmental impacts. Nevertheless, his function was centered more in channeling the investments of the private initiative in the municipal territory that in the resolution of the problematic territorial existing one in these environments. It tests of it they are the chaotic planning documents formulation processes of the municipalities of the litoral and the disparities in their criteria and objectives of ordering.Downloads
