Lemon orchards farms in Malaga. Economic size and demension and labour composition

The aim of this paper is the characterization, in terms of physical size, economical dimension and composition of the work, of the lemon orchards of Malaga. We have defined like such those whose Technical Economic Orientation is included in the group “citrus fruits”, and that contain lemon trees. The source used has been microdata derived from 1982, 1989 and 1999 Agrarian Census
