Abstract

In this work we analyze the origins, project, development, montage, catalogue elaboration and display of the exhibition Modern Malaga. 16th, 17th and 18th Centuries, that comprises varied material from four towns of Malaga. Through documentation, bibliography, genealogy, sculpture, painting, pieces of precious metals, armaments, instruments and other elements of daily life, as well as explanatory panels, we have tried to show visitors the life in Malaga during the modern period in its broadest dimension.
