Bibliometric Study on Citizen Trust as a Value or Attitude during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Trust is a multifaceted concept that varies considerably depending on who or what this trust is placed in. The outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic has been a research scenario used as a social experiment by various international teams to address the state of the question on the attitude and perception of citizens. This literature review analyses the areas of trust that have been studied, whether the research has focused on trust in institutions, governments, the system, society or interpersonal relationships. In addition to what aspects of trust have been studied during the first waves of the pandemic, we also examine what data collection techniques have been used when mobility was highly constrained. It is also intended to determine whether populations worldwide have been studied in the same way or whether there are areas that have not been the subject of social studies since the pandemic crisis has global.
