The implementation of the crossfit in schools

This research, conducted in education, has focused on the implementation of the sport CrossFit. The subjects of this study are students from sixth grade of primary education, which belong to families of a medium-high socioeconomic status.
It is intended to connect the results and developments in the implementation of the aforementioned sport that process with aspects related to health such as body mass index (BMI), as well as their active lifestyle, or not, through international physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ).
