La conciencia como problema ontológico: aproximación desde la filosofía aristotélica

Tras una pequeña introducción al problema de la explicación de la conciencia, abordamos el examen del concepto de explicación naturalista (tal y como se expone en La conciencia inexplicada de Juan Arana) y por qué según este concepto la conciencia es inexplicable. Se defiende, a continuación, la necesidad de contar con un concepto más amplio de explicación: necesitamos comprender o iluminar con algún recurso cognitivo la conciencia, dado que es tan importante en la comprensión de lo que somos como humanos. La metafísica aristotélica ofrece recursos útiles y no es incompatible, creemos, con la propuesta del propio Arana.Downloads
