¿Es el cosmos realmente un objeto?

Entender al universo como una sustancia entendida como objeto, provisto de unidad, determinación e independencia, como base para argumentar la necesidad de una causa eficiente externa, y la compatibilidad de la teología natural con la cosmología contemporánea, no es una propuesta exenta de problemas. En este trabajo se sugiere que la idea aristotélica de sustancia no corresponde del todo a la noción de objeto, y que en todo caso, una fundamentación de la teología natural con base en la cosmología contemporánea sería más factible si se entendiera al universo como una unidad de orden, más que como un objeto.Downloads
