The woman in Nietzsche: The jug of the Danaides

Starting from the image of the "jug of the Danaides" with which Nietzsche refers to women in one of his Posthumous Fragments of 1888, I will analyze from this idea (the lack of fundation of women) the question of the feminine in his work. I will focus on issues such as "the eternal feminine", seriousness, truth, laughter. At the end, I will allude to some of the feminists who were considered close to Nietzsche in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and some 21st century feminists.
