Resumen

Se presenta la noción de maltrato psicológico dentro del conjunto del maltrato infantil y se describen las diferentes conductas y situaciones empleadas por los autores para definirlo de manera operativa. Tras revisar algunos de los conocimientos relativos a las posibles consecuencias del mismo, se hace una breve presentación de algunos instrumentos creados para la evaluación de este tipo de maltrato infantil.
