“To have done with the judgement of sexuality”: Toward an anarchic ethics and politics of con-sensual pleasures

Contemporary debates around the notion of consent often contrast an understanding of consent in terms of law with an understanding of consent in terms of desire. According to Michel Foucault's diagnosis, both concepts are articulated within the modern sexuality device from which, according to the author, it is necessary to free oneself. The article accompanies the author's invitation to explore a new culture of sex that unfolds on the basis of pleasure and not desire.
