ABTRACT
The article anlyzes ethical problems of human cloning without supporting any particular argument. It focuses on the analysis of the supposed lack of autonomy of the clon and the supposed duplication of one life wich has been live-out. The central them of the discussion is the relationship between liberty, destiny and character. The article puts forward a series of ethical obligations that are created through the production of the clon in order to avoid it developing multiples problems. Finally it concludes that there is a ethical-ontological matter of greater importance than the lack of autonomy and the duplication: what would occur with the constitutional otherness of man within the clon, which leads to the question: could the clon become an integral part of society?
