Latín y neolatín: una contraposición absurda

The rejection of the modern use of Latin (the neoLatin) that usually takes place in academies and university chairs, can be explained by excess and sometimes disregard, of some neo-Latinists that often use the language of Lazio to ends openly banal and inconclusive. However, a well understood utilization of current Latin should become an ideal tool to better understand the syntax of the first century BC and onwards, which is not different from the current Latin, as long as the neo-Latinist be aware of it and stick to the grammar. Thus, the neo-Latin texts read will usually serve to master syntax and to enter into the exciting world of literature and ancient history, which should help to preserve the cultural identity of Europe today.
