Aprovechando la inminente aparición en la gran pantalla del personaje de Marvel Comics Adam Warlock, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo explorar someramente la utilidad de las historias de este carácter en la etapa publicada en la primera mitad de los años 70, con relación a la enseñanza de las Ciencias Sociales. A través de un recorrido alegórico a la vida pública de Jesucristo, la publicación introdujo diferentes aspectos políticos, culturales, sociales, históricos, religiosos, artísticos y éticos, evidenciando un potencial para su uso como herramienta pedagógica destinada al aprendizaje de conceptos clave y temas complejos en estos campos, particularmente en los relativos al mundo antiguo, clásico y bíblico, de una forma motivadora, visual y atractiva para los estudiantes.
