Abstract

The study of Law through of Teaching Innovation the Methodologies such as the case method allows the teaching of learning through practical application.
The purpose of this paper is to showcase our experience in the application of the case method as a basic methodology in the teaching of labour law: in which we propose a case study and describe the sequential design of the Employment Regulation (ERE) executed by the Coca Cola Iberian Partners in 2014. ERE is one of the most important area in the subject of Labour Law, which is taught in the degrees of Business Administration, International Business and Marketing. The methodology of the case study offers the opportunity to develop our students skills and competences that the European Higher Education Area demands.
